What time is check-in? Can I get an early check-in?
You can check-in any time after 4:00 pm. Early check-in is 2:00 pm at the earliest, but is always based on the availability of rooms. Give us a call at 800-922-2946 to request early check in.
What time is check-out? Can I get a late check-out?
Checkout is at 11:00 am. Contact the front desk at The Lodge to request a late checkout at 11:30 am.
Where can I check-in to my room?
Guests can check-in at the front desk at The Lodge, located on the hill behind the casino.
May I smoke on my patio? Where may I smoke?
For the time being, smoking is not permitted indoors at Leelanau Sands Casino & Lodge. You may smoke outside on your patio/balcony as long as you do not have your room door open. We have ashtrays and smoking urns in several outside areas designated for smokers.
Do the hotel rooms have refrigerators?
Our Bayside rooms have mini-refrigerators in them. These rooms come with a small upgrade fee.

How far are you from Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore?
Leelanau Sands Casino & Lodge is located just 30 miles from Michigan’s most beautiful shoreline.
Where is the closest airport?
Traverse City Cherry Capital Airport (TVC) is only 40 minutes from Leelanau Sands Casino & Lodge.
Do you offer shuttle pickup from the airport?
We do not offer a shuttle service. However, Traverse City does have Lyft, Uber, and several taxi services available for your convenience.
Do you offer wine tours?
While we do not offer wine tours, Leelanau Peninsula is home to 25 wineries that are only a short drive from Leelanau Sands Casino & Lodge. To arrange transportation, visit Leelanau Peninsula Wine Trail.
Do you have a pool?
We do not have a pool, however, we’re just a short 10-minute drive from Lake Michigan.

We do not have a fitness center.
How can I obtain a win/loss statement?
Simply download the win/loss request form by clicking here, fill it out, and send it in. If you provide us with your email address you will get the win/loss statement a couple of days faster than if we send it to you via the post office.
How old do you have to be to visit your casino?
18 years or older!
Where can bets be placed?
Bets can be placed inside Turtle Creek Casino at the windows during staffed hours or kiosks during select hours. Additional Kiosks are located throughout Turtle Creek Casino and at Leelanau Sands Casino.

Do I need to enroll in Caesars Rewards® to place a bet?
If you are placing a bet of $999.99 or under, you do not need a Caesars Rewards® card to place a bet at our kiosks. All bets placed on our kiosks of $1,000 or more will require a Caesars Rewards® card.
Is Caesars Rewards® the same as Grand Rewards?
No, Caesars Rewards® is not associated with Grand Rewards. If you have any questions or issues with your new Caesars Rewards® card, please call 1-800-522-4700.

Yes! In December 2019, Governor Gretchen Whitmer signed a bill into law that made sports betting legal in Michigan. Following this historic event, retail sports betting began in Michigan in March 2020.

How do I log into the app using my Grand Rewards players club account?
Open the Turtle Creek Casino app on your smartphone. Within the log in page, enter your Grand Rewards Club number in “Grand Rewards Player ID #” field. In the “Four-Digit PIN #” field, enter your four-digit PIN. Click “LOGIN” button to enter account scene. Please note, you must have an active Grand Rewards Players Club Card to sign into the app. If you do not have an account, you will not be able to sign in to the app. If you are having issues signing in or would like to become a Grand Rewards players club member, give us a call at 800-922-2946.
What are the benefits to logging into the Turtle Creek Casino app?
While logging into the app is not necessary, players who log in with their Grand Rewards Players Club Card will be able to see their tier level, account number, point balance, and available Instant Rewards 24/7. Players will also be able to opt-in for push notifications to receive special mobile-only offers and alerts.
I’m having trouble logging in. What should I do?
If you’re having trouble logging in, please make sure you are typing the correct Grand Rewards Players Club number, and that you are typing your four-digit PIN associated to your account. When I try to navigate through the app, I receive a “network” error. What should I do?
You may not be getting a strong enough signal on your cell phone to use the app. If you are on 3G, LTE, or another cellular network, please connect to Wi-Fi, quit the app, and restart. If you are still having a problem, please email [email protected] with “Turtle Creek Casino” in the subject line.
When I try to navigate through the app, I receive a “content not available” error. What should I do?
If you aren’t currently connected to a Wi-Fi network, please connect to Wi-Fi, quit the app, restart it and try again. If you are still having a problem, this could be caused by a problem with the application content or outage with the computer equipment that runs the app. Please try again in a few hours, and notify [email protected] with “Turtle Creek Casino” in the subject line.
